Touchdown Wire is not as high on the Browns as national pundits have been.

After a strong and aggressive offseason of adding talent to their roster, the Cleveland Browns have received praise from national pundits across the board. However, Touchdown Wire’s Natalie Miller has not been as moved as others, ranking the Browns as a middle-of-the-road team in her initial power rankings.

Ranking the Browns 16th, here is what Miller had to say:

“There is plenty of talent on this Cleveland team, and a solid coaching staff that seems to be right on the edge of putting everything together. With an excellent rushing attack, and an improved defense, the Browns could find themselves in the playoffs. This will ultimately all come down to if Deshaun Watson can find his footing again after all the off-the-field drama.”

The analysis from Miller is not completely unfair, as the Browns will go as far as their quarterback play will take them. Their season truly hinges on whether or not quarterback Deshaun Watson returns to form.
