The sportsbooks appear to be gaining confidence in the 7-3 Cleveland Browns. Or maybe it’s a function of playing a one-win team with quarterback questions. Either way, the Browns are favored to beat the Jaguars in Jacksonville in Week 12 by a touchdown.

Cleveland opened as a 6.5-point favorite over the host Jaguars at BetMGM. The over/under on the game is a healthy 49.5, meaning the expectations are for a 28-21 win or something close to that range.

The Browns earned that line even with the knowledge that star DE Myles Garrett will miss the game. Garrett will remain on the reserve/COVID-19 list for the week after testing positive for the coronavirus last week.
