As quarterback Deshaun Watson is set to take over as the starter for the Cleveland Browns after being officially reinstated by the NFL today, a banner has already been hung displaying his image outside of FirstEnergy Stadium (via Gabb Goudy).
On one hand, it makes sense to hang the banner of an elite quarterback who plays for your franchise, but the public relations of this move is going to come with a great deal of backlash. This is something the PR department of the Browns is going to have to get used to moving forward.
