Brooklyn Nets preseason schedule: See the Nets’ four-game slate

The Nets have announced their preseason schedule, and will take on the Lakers, Bucks, Sixers and Timberwolves.

In two months time, the Brooklyn Nets will begin their quest for an NBA championship. If they are successful, it would have only taken 10 years following the move to Brooklyn from New Jersey in 2012. With the big three of Kevin Durant, James Harden and Kyrie Irving getting reinforcements this season is bound to be special.

Brooklyn’s preseason will commence on October 3 versus the Los Angeles Lakers at the Staples Center. On October 8, the Nets will then host the reigning NBA champions at Barclays Center. Last but not least, the team will then travel to Wells Fargo Center on October 11 to play the Sixers before finishing preseason on October 14 against the Minnesota Timberwolves in Brooklyn.

Nets preseason schedule:

Sunday, Oct. 3: Nets at Lakers, 3:30 p.m. ET

Friday, Oct. 8: Bucks vs. Nets, 7:30 p.m. ET

Monday, Oct. 11: Nets at 76ers, 7:00 p.m. ET

Thursday, Oct. 14: Timberwolves at Nets, 7:30 p.m. ET

Of course, right out the gates the Nets will have pressure even in preseason. The Lakers, Sixers and the Bucks are all championship contenders going into the new season at the moment. All eyes will be on these key matchups for sure.
