The Denver Broncos are among the two worst teams in the NFL in the opinion of USA TODAY’s Nate Davis, and it’s hard to argue with him.
In his latest NFL power rankings, Davis has the Broncos ranked 31 out of 32 teams. That’s down three spots from their No. 28 ranking last week.
Here is Davis’ commentary with Denver’s ranking this week:
Defense wins championships? Denver has allowed the fewest points in the NFL … but also scored the fewest. That means 3-6 in the modern NFL.
Elsewhere in the division, the Kansas City Chiefs are ranked No. 4, followed by the Las Angeles Chargers (No. 16), Las Vegas Raiders (No. 30) and Broncos. Denver will host the Raiders in an AFC West showdown this week.
The Philadelphia Eagles remain ranked No. 1 on Davis’ list and the Houston Texans are ranked No. 32 (last). To view Davis’ complete NFL power rankings going into Week 11, visit USATODAY.com.
