Broncos elevate linebacker from practice squad for Week 5

The Broncos elevated LB Levelle Bailey from the practice squad to the game-day roster for Week 5.

The Denver Broncos have elevated one player from the practice squad to the game-day roster for their Week 5 showdown with the Las Vegas Raiders.

The Broncos called up inside linebacker Levelle Bailey to provide more depth at the position after losing Alex Singleton to a season-ending ACL tear in Week 3. Bailey will revert back to the practice squad on Monday.

Players can be elevated up to three times during the season without having to clear waivers to return to the practice squad. This marks Bailey’s second elevation of the season.

Denver also placed running back Tyler Badie (back) on injured reserve on Saturday, ruling him out for at least the next four games. The team has not yet filled Badie’s former spot on the active roster.

Sunday’s game will be regionally televised on Fox and in-market fans can stream the game on fuboTV (try it free). The Broncos are considered favorites at home this week.
