The Denver Broncos canceled Friday’s walkthrough practice after a staff member tested positive for COVID-19 ahead of their meeting with the Buffalo Bills, the team announced.
According to Broncos Wire, a team strength and conditioning coach, Loren Landow, was the person to contract COVID-19. The Broncos (5-8) will now conduct some final preps for the Bills (10-3) remotely.
At the time of this writing, Saturday’s game against the Broncos is still on. Denver has been playing without fans in attendance since late November in an effort to help slow the spread of the coronavirus.
Denver currently has one player on the Reserve/COVID-19 list: kicker Brandon McManus. He’s not expected to play against the Bills in Week 15.
