The Met Gala red carpet isn’t just for glamorous actors, fashion icons and music stars. Top-level athletes have frequented the event at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York for years, and 2023 was no different.
Former NBA superstar Dwyane Wade strode the carpet with his wife, actress Gabrielle Union, and tennis icon Roger Federer served as one of the event’s co-chairs this year. Brittney Griner and her wife Cherelle looked fantastic, and freestyle skier Eileen Gu recreated one of Karl Lagerfeld’s iconic looks to nail the theme.

Stefon Diggs was fabulous in an impeccably tailored suit, and Super Bowl MVP Patrick Mahomes donned a black look with white mock turtleneck.
