Brighten your day with these three cute polar bear videos

Watch these un-bear-ably cute animals play.

Bears may be one of the world’s most adorable wild animals. People love celebrating bears, both the real and teddy variety. Alaska’s Katmai National Park and Preserve even hosts an annual Fat Bear Week competition that always gets social media users excited about brown bears bulking up for winter. All these factors considered, it makes perfect sense that people would turn to bears for a mood boost. If you need to brighten your day, these three cute polar bear videos might just do the trick.

This first video comes from Chicago’s Brookfield Zoo. Captured by the Chicago Zoological Society, the clip shows 16-year-old polar bear Hudson and 7-year-old Hope playing with a snowman and rolling around in the snow.

Another adorable video shows a pair of polar bears at the Oregon Zoo in Portland. Filmed on Feb. 23, the clip captures a fun moment between two polar bears frolicking in the snow. According to the National Weather Service Portland, the 22nd was the city’s second snowiest day on record. The frosty weather made conditions ideal for polar bear playtime.

Similarly snowy weather led to this charming polar bear moment at Pennsylvania’s Pittsburgh Zoo and Aquarium. Snowflake, the zoo’s 27-year-old female polar bear, can be seen luxuriating in the falling snow. In some seasons, the zoo hosts “Polar Bear Enrichment” events, which allow visitors to learn more about these lovable animals.
