The anticipation has been building as people patiently wait for the Southeastern Conference to release the altered 2020 season in its entirety. After getting the two new opponents for each team revealed earlier this month, we now also have the Week 1 schedule.
Alabama will be opening its season with the Missouri Tigers on the road, as it was announced during the “Paul Finebaum Show” on the SEC Network at 2 p.m. CT.
The SEC Network’s official Twitter account then made the announcement on social media:

The rumors had been circulating that the Crimson Tide might be opening with in-state rival Auburn after a couple of tweets from members of the media, but it looks like that game will have to wait.
