The Bills and DeAndre Hopkins union took an official turn thanks to Buffalo general manager Brandon Beane.
It’s one those in favor of the Bills trading for him won’t want to hear.
During the NFL owners’ meetings, Beane spoke with reporters. He addressed the idea of acquiring Hopkins, but wasn’t very forthtelling–Even downplaying the idea.
“What I would say is… social media is social media. Don’t take that too far,” Beane said.
A report suggested there was some interest in Hopkins from the team. He’s currently seeking a trade from the Arizona Cardinals and the Bills were reportedly the one “headlining” the potential options.
