If you want to win an SEC men’s basketball championship, you have to be able to win some tough conference games on the road. [autotag]Nate Oats[/autotag] and the Alabama Crimson Tide did just that on Wednesday night with an 85-76 victory over Mike White and the Georgia Bulldogs.
After trailing 41-27 at the half, Coach Oats and the Tide made some adjustments at halftime and would come out and completely dominate the Bulldogs in the final 20 minutes by outscoring UGA 58-35 in the second half.
Alabama was led by Mark Sears and Grant Nelson who not only led the team in scoring but made clutch baskets down the stretch the secure the win.
