Boston’s fourth quarter drought leads to 107-96 loss against Kings

The Boston Celtics suffered another disappointing loss, losing their fourth in five games tonight to the Sacramento Kings, 107-96.

After winning four straight games from Feb. 26 to March 4, the Boston Celtics finally looked to be finding their stride after struggling to find consistency since returning from three postponed games in mid-January. At that point the Celtics had found themselves right back in the thick of things in the middle of the Eastern Conference playoff race.

So we thought. After a disappointing loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers on Wednesday, being down by as many as 21 points, the Celtics followed that up with an 11-point loss to the Sacramento Kings tonight, 107-96, marking their fourth loss in five games and finding themselves under .500 again at 20-21.
