The feature involving Bills head coach Sean McDermott made it all the way to one of the largest of stages: “Saturday Night Live.”
The longtime comedy show mentioned the piece which cited 25 sources that noted various opinion on the coach. Of the entire feature, the strangest part involved McDermott making a Sept. 11 comparison to his team.
McDermott admitted to it and apologized. SNL didn’t mind using the story still.
