‘Tis the season for games to be flexed in the NFL.
Just not the Buffalo Bills.
The Bills (7-6) play against the Carolina Panthers on Sunday. Then it will be their long awaited second game of the season against the New England Patriots (9-4).
While big-time games are getting moved into prime-time slots down the stretch, it won’t be happening for Buffalo and New England.
That comes via ESPN in New England:
The Patriots-Bills game on Dec. 26 will be played at 1 p.m. ET, per the NFL.
The game will not be flexed out of that time spot.

The Patriots beat the Bills, 14-10, at Highmark Stadium on Monday Night Football on Dec. 6. Recently, the Pats were already flexed once. In Week 15, they will face the Indianapolis Colts on Saturday.
The Bills-Pats next game will be Buffalo’s final one on the road in 2021.
If Buffalo wants any look at winning the AFC East, that is a must win.
