Bills Wire Week 12 Player of the Game: QB Josh Allen

The QB was MVP caliber:

The Buffalo Bills have had a knack for losing tight games in dramatic fashion late over the past few season. A reason why those losses sting a bit more than others is because of quarterback Josh Allen.

But not in the way one might think. This isn’t a knock on the QB. In fact, we’re here to praise him.

Allen was outstanding… which stinks and makes the defeat sting that much more.

But focusing on the good, Allen has been named Bills Wire’s Player of the Week for his excellent efforts despite a 37-34 overtime loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.

Allen finished the outing 29-for-51 passing, a strong stat line considering the weather. In total, Allen had 339 yards, four total touchdowns with one interception.

Of his four scores, the most impressive was his strike to Stefon Diggs. The receiver just barely crossed the goal line leading to the score.
