The Buffalo Bills got their long-awaited big-bodied wide receiver.

With the No. 128 overall pick in the fourth round of the 2020 NFL Draft, receiver Gabriel Davis is selected by the Bills.

There’s reason Davis was around in the fourth round for the Bills. He’s not the best route runner, nor does he have top route-tree experience. But Davis comes to the Bills in an ideal situation.

He’s a big 6-foot-3 target for the Bills to lineup on the outside. With Buffalo’s current roster, it’s almost set up perfectly for him to improve his route running as well. Stefon Diggs and Cole Beasley are among the best in the business. John Brown isn’t a slouch himself, either. Davis will learn a thing or two from those guys, without a doubt. Down the road, he might become a steal of the draft because of that. Davis is also only 21 years old and still has plenty of time to refine his game.

In college at Central Florida, Davis improved each season, a good silver lining. His junior season concluded with 72 catches, 1,241 yards, and 12 touchdowns.
