Notes:

  • DEs Trent Murphy and Shaq Lawson played 71 percent and 66 percent of snaps, respectively. Jerry Hughes typically played slightly more snaps each week, but saw 60 percent vs. the Patriots.
  • DT Jordan Phillips led the tackle position with 62 percent of snaps while Star Lotuleli and Ed Oliver each played in 53 percent.
  • CB Levi Wallace saw 51 percent of snaps, his lowest total since playing 47 percent in Week 11.
  • The Bills played nickel cornerback Taron Johnson 56 percent of plays. LB Lorenzo Alexander saw 49 percent of snaps played.

Special teams

Notes:

  • After playing first-tier special teams snaps earlier this year, LB Corey Thompson’s role dipped for the second-straight week.
  • Siran Neal, Senorise Perry and Julian Stanford also led the Bills in special teams snaps the past three games.
  • WR Robert Foster played in second-tier special teams snaps for the second-straight week.
  • Kurt Coleman was active for the second time this season and saw third-tier special teams snaps. He played second-tier snaps last week.
