The Bills’ loss to the Rams was historic in the worst way possible.
The Bills (10-3) lost late to the Rams (7-6) in a 44-42 thriller in Week 14.
Josh Allen was electric. He set some NFL history himself as he becomes the first QB to have thrill rushing and three passing scores in a single game.
As a team, the history was very bad.
According to NFL research, the Bills became the first time in the Super Bowl era to lose a game despite scoring six touchdowns and not turning the ball over. Nearly 250 teams have done that in the past, and they all won.
Ouch:
Entering today, teams with at least six touchdowns and zero giveaways in a game were 245-0 in the Super Bowl era (including playoffs)
The Bills are the first to do so in a loss
