Bills’ Jordan Phillips ready to to lay the boom on Jets’ Aaron Rodgers

Jordan Phillips won’t mind doing this to the new #Jets QB again:

Buffalo Bills defensive tackle Jordan Phillips sees an opportunity on the horizon with Aaron Rodgers being traded to the New York Jets.

In 2021, Phillips had been playing out his tenure with the Arizona Cardinals. During that time, he absolutely rocked Aaron Rodgers with a big hit during a game… but if we’re being fair, it was considered dirty. A flag was thrown and Phillips was later fined.

Rodgers was not injured on the play, but he did turn into a meme.

For those who recall, there’s one that floated around the internet which featured Rodgers having his helmet on sideways after a hit.

Yup, that was Phillips.

And after the news of Rodgers being traded to New York became official, Phillips decided to have a little fun with his past hit on the QB. Phillips took to his social media account on Instagram and posted a photo of the Rodgers meme and wrote: “I’m glad I get to do this again.”
