Phillips had previously missed time due to a hamstring injury. He was limited in practice during the week due to the issue.
Phillips was hurt just prior to halftime.
While Phillips might not return to the game, he did show signs of positive health. Phillips went down after chasing a Steelers player, but then he did jog off the field after trainers helped him up.
Phillips also tossed quarterback Josh Allen in the air after the Bills took a 31-3 lead.
Bills Wire will provide updates as information is made available.
