The Buffalo Bills put together another dominant performance, topping the long-time bully in the AFC East to the tune of a 38-9 victory. It was another game that put the Bills (12-3) on display in front of a national audience and once again, Buffalo showed that they will be a team to be reckoned with when the playoffs kickoff in a few weeks.
Bills quarterback Josh ‘Allen and wide receiver Stefon Diggs had another game where they were playing backyard football. Allen used his time wisely in the pocket, picking apart the secondary of the Patriots. The defensive backs, which were described as the strength of the defense at the start of the broadcast, could not contain Pro-Bowler and possible All-Pro Stefon Diggs. Diggs set another team record during the game, this time taking hold of the franchise’s single-season receiving yards record.
The Bills defense was on point, limiting the New England offense from gaining any sort of meaningful traction. Sure, New England did score its first touchdown in ten quarters and was able to gain some yards on the ground. However, Buffalo’s defense neutralized any real threat that the Patriots attempted throughout the night.
