Bijan Robinson wasn’t the only five-star recruit from the 2020 class to shine under the bright lights in San Antonio, Texas. Alfred Collins had a coming out party against the Colorado Buffaloes. He accounted for a total of five tackles in the game, 0.5 tackle for loss and a pass defended. Not to mention a very athletic interception for the young talent.

While engaged in a block with an offensive lineman, Collins made a play to get the Longhorns the ball back. It was a surreal moment to watch but just another young gun on display for the Longhorns. He should be a force moving forward.

One of the other leaders on defense was weakside linebacker DeMarvion Overshown. He would tie Reese Leitao and Jerrin Thompson to lead the team with six total tackles. He added two quarterback hurries, a fumble recovery, and an interception. The former safety showing that he does have the ball skills at the linebacker spot. He was worthy of the Alamo Bowl Defensive MVP.

Plus don’t forget his sweet armband collection.
