After unveiling the Flex Protect XVIII scheduling model in early October, the Big Ten now has finalized the Iowa Hawkeyes‘ 2024 football schedule.
In that October announcement, the Big Ten actually revealed the Hawkeyes’ conference opponents for the 2024, 2025, 2026, 2027 and 2028. It’s a terrific slate over the next five seasons.
Like the Hawkeyes’ scheduling setup prior to the decision to also add both Oregon and Washington, Iowa has three annual protected matchups. The Hawkeyes will play Minnesota, Nebraska and Wisconsin every season.
So, fans knew quite a bit about Iowa’s 2024 schedule already. But, what we didn’t know was when each of these games would take place.
