Conference MVP

There really hasn’t been a player who has taken over games quite the way Breece Hall has for the Cyclones. In every conference game, Hall has accounted for at least 130 yards rushing and one touchdown. This year he has 1,034 yards rushing, 14 total touchdowns and his per carry average is 6.3. Despite Purdy having a down year, Hall is trying to carry Iowa State to the Big 12 title game for the first time in Cyclones history.

Big 12 Championship Game Prediction

It will basically come down to four teams in this race to meet in Arlington, Texas. The winner of Saturday’s Bedlam game likely gets the leg up. Plus the winner of next Friday’s matchup between Iowa State and Texas is likely the other half of this equation. Each team is within striking distance of the other, and, technically, Kansas State isn’t out of the hunt.

This is where I have struggled most with the 2020 season. Who is going to play for the title? I will go with my gut on this one. We will see the rematch of Oklahoma and Iowa State on Dec. 12 in Arlington, Texas.
