Big 12 baseball is competitive as ever and it showed this past weekend.
No. 8 Texas looked to be in danger of dropping a rivalry series to Oklahoma on Sunday before the Longhorns erased a 7-1 deficit with an 11 run explosion in the late innings.

The upset of the weekend came in Fort Worth as West Virginia went on the road and took the series from No. 12 TCU. The Mountaineers won Friday’s game in dramatic fashion on this steal of home which lead to two runs.

No. 7 Texas Tech and No. 6 Oklahoma State took care of business in the first two games against Kansas and Kansas State but could not complete the sweep on Sunday.
Four Big 12 teams are ranked in D1Baseball’s newest Top 25 rankings. Texas Tech (No. 4), Oklahoma State (No. 6) and Texas (No. 7) all moved up while TCU (No. 24) fell 12 spots.
