Best Photos: Top Aggie performances from Week 16 of the NFL season

Texas A&M was well represented in Week 16 of the NFL, and we have some of the best photos for you to check out

We are now nearing the end of the regular season, and playoff pictures are starting to take shape. As we look forward to the rest of the games this week, I’d like to take some time to recognize a few top week 16 performances from Aggies in the NFL.

All-Pro wide receiver Mike Evans continues to pad his resume by hauling in a pair of touchdown receptions over the weekend. Tampa Bay looked a little sketchy early in the season, but Baker Mayfield is heating up at the right time, with Evans providing a reliable target for him to lean on. Here are his stats from the victory over Jacksonville.

  • 8 catches / 86 yards / 12.3 avg / 2 TD

Detroit Lions head coach Dan Campbell is back again, and it’s well deserved. Campbell has done something in the Lions organization that has not been accomplished in 30 years. He’s led Detroit to their first division title in three decades.

  • 30-24 win over the Minnesota Vikings
  • 11-4 (1st NFC North)

Defensive lineman Justin Madubuike’s sack streak came to an end Christmas day when he was not able to reach the 49ers QB. Even with that he still is among the best with an 11-game streak. Even better, the Ravens still won the game, and he didn’t go home empty-handed as he did manage a QB hit.

  • 4 tackles / 1 QB hit

Another great week for these former Aggies, and you can check out some of the best photos from week 16.
