Carolina Panthers head coach Matt Rhule ignited somewhat of a stir on Saturday, when wide receiver Rashard Higgins went a bit over the top on his touchdown celebration. According to Rhule, he wasn’t too fond of his player reaching over the goal line with the football during a training camp practice.
