The Washington Commanders are 3-1 and are in sole possession of first place in the NFC East after Sunday’s 42-14 victory over the Arizona Cardinals.
Quarterback Jayden Daniels continues to rewrite the rookie record book. On Sunday, Daniels completed 26 of 30 passing attempts for 233 yards with one touchdown and an interception. He also rushed for 41 yards and a touchdown. It was Daniels’ first career turnover.
The Commanders rushed for 216 yards, and the defense had their best performance of the season, holding Arizona to 115 passing yards.
