It was pure dominance from the Texas Longhorns in Oklahoma City for their second matchup of the Women’s College World Series.
Pitcher Mac Morgan threw a gem of her own after watching Teagan Kavan throw a complete game shutout. Morgan carried a no-hitter into the fifth inning before it was broke up. Texas has been the benefeciary of two great pitching efforts.
The bats were loud in the first with the softball squad scoring five runs which included a three-run bomb from the Captain, Alyssa Washington. She greeted new Florida pitcher Ava Brown after she hung a pitch over the middle.
