The Chicago Bears have released their inactives ahead of their Week 9 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, and there’s some bad news on defense.
Safety Eddie Jackson and linebacker Alec Ogletree are both inactive for Monday night’s game. Jackson was ruled doubtful with a hamstring injury. But Ogletree being inactive is a shock considering he was questionable with an ankle injury.
Outside linebacker Khalil Mack was already ruled out against the Steelers as he tries to let his injured foot heal. Mack suffered a foot injury back in Week 3, and it’s held him out of most practices ever since. Mack would suit up regardless, but it sounds like he needs some time to let his foot heal.
Here’s a look at those Bears inactive against the 49ers:
- OLB Khalil Mack
- S Eddie Jackson
- LB Alec Ogletree
- TE J.P. Holtz
- QB Nick Foles
- RB Damien Williams
- CB Artie Burns
