Bears to wear classic uniforms vs. Cardinals in Week 16

The Bears are going with the classic look for Christmas Eve’s matchup against the Cardinals on Sunday.

The Chicago Bears are going with the classic look for Christmas Eve’s matchup against the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday.

The Bears will wear their classic white jerseys, which were unveiled for team’s centennial celebration a couple of years ago, on Sunday against the Cardinals.

The classic uniform is inspired by the one donned by the Bears for one season in 1936. The uniform features white jerseys, with navy and orange stripes on shoulders, sleeves and the helmet, as well as navy numbers and letters, navy pants and navy and orange-striped socks.

This marks the fifth consecutive season the Bears will wear their classic uniform and helmet.

Chicago is coming off a brutal loss to the Cleveland Browns, where they blew another fourth-quarter lead. Sunday’s game against Arizona provides an opportunity for the Bears to rebound with a home win just in time for the holidays.
