Atlanta has certainly struggled recently, but I’m taking the HAWKS (+110) at plus money. This feels like a game where G Trae Young has a stellar performance despite his recent shooting woes and other Hawks will step up amid the absences of Capela, Collins, and Murray.
Against the spread
Considering that I took Atlanta to win outright, HAWKS +2.5 (-110) is where I’m going in this game. Both of these teams have been unable to find ways to win games recently, so I’ll side with the team with the slightly better record on the road (5-10) compared to the Hornets being 4-10 at home.
