Arkansas football makes a ‘splash’ with latest transfer commitment

Arkansas football has landed their 16th transfer commitment, this time adding quality depth on the defensive line.

Arkansas football received their 16th transfer portal commitment of the off-season on Saturday afternoon when defensive lineman [autotag]Keivie Rose[/autotag] announced his decision to become a Razorback.

To announce his decision to the world, the former Louisiana Tech Bulldog posted a short video on Twitter where he proudly declared he was going to Arkansas before flipping into a pool. Watch the full video linked below.

Rose is a big-time get for Arkansas as he adds more much-needed depth to Deke Adams’ defensive line. Rose was a first team All-Conference-USA selection in 2022 following an impressive year were he tallied 24 tackles, four tackles for loss and two sacks.

The redshirt senior has spent four seasons with the Bulldogs where he has recorded 73 tackles, 9.5 tackles for loss, 3.5 sacks, 32 quarterback hurries, two pass deflections and two forced fumbles.

Rose has one final year of eligibility remaining and joins John Morgan III (Pittsburgh), Trajan Jeffcoat (Missouri) and Anthony “Tank” Booker (Maryland) as fresh faces on the Arkansas defensive line.
