Arkansas baseball lands another Mizzou transfer

Former Missouri outfielders are finding their way onto the Arkansas baseball roster this offseason., as Ross Lovich committed on Monday.

Even though Arkansas didn’t play Missouri in baseball this year, it didn’t stop Dave Van Horn from taking players off the Tigers’ roster.

On Monday, Ross Lovich committed to the Razorbacks on his Twitter account.

Lovich batted .306 in 2023 and hit four home runs and drove in 20 runs for Mizzou, who didn’t qualify for the SEC Tournament and finished dead last in the SEC East.

He will reunite with former teammate Ty Wilmsmeyer, who made his pledge to Arkansas last month.

Lovich joins a portal class of Jack Wagner, Wehiwa Aloy, Stone Hewlett, Hudson White and Craig Yoho.
