Arkansas athletic department announces new NIL collective, Arkansas Edge

Arkansas Edge will be funded in part by you, the fan, who can purchase memberships and make donations to the collective for athletes.

Arkansas athletics announced Tuesday the launch of Arkansas Edge, an NIL collective the athletic department calls “the premier NIL Collective supporting all 465-plus University of Arkansas student-athletes.”

Arkansas Edge is funded, at least in part, by fans. For a starting price of $25 a month, donators can be a part of the collective. In return, he or she will get new merchandise feature the Arkansas Edge logo, in addition to helping fund players at the university.

The athletic deparment’s press release states Arkansas edge is looking for 5,000 fans to join at a $50/month clip and another 5,000 to join for $100/month.

Arkansas Edge is run by Blueprint Sports and the new collective will replace the current one, OneArkansas Collective.

“As we continue to strategically position our programs to compete and win championships within the SEC and nationally, Arkansas Edge is the optimum way for Razorback fans to support our student-athletes through NIL,” athletic director Hunter Yurachek said in the release.
