Arkansas running back [autotag]Daniel Anderson[/autotag] arrived at [autotag]Notre Dame[/autotag]’s Irish Invasion camp with just one scholarship offer from Rhode Island.
That all changed on Sunday afternoon as Anderson went home with a Notre Dame offer. It’s one that many didn’t see coming, especially considering that the 6-foot and 195 pound back is a relative unknown to the recruiting community.
Anderson impressed the Irish staff, including head coach [autotag]Marcus Freeman[/autotag], and was offered on the spot. He has yet to be ranked due to flying under the radar, but undoubtably more schools and scouts will have eyes on him after his performance on Sunday.
