Are the Aggies ‘comfortable’ on the Offensive line?

247Sports ranks The Aggies as “most comfortable” on the Offensive line

Every summer, just months before the start of a new college football season, various media outlets examine the strengths and weaknesses of teams from a positional perspective in order to properly predict how they’ll perform during the year. In this case, Collin Kennedy of 247Sports ranked some of the top college football teams with a focus on the programs that are “most comfortable” on the offensive line going into the 2022 season, which is included Texas A&M as one of the most stable units in the nation.

Still to this day, the offensive line is somewhat disrespected due to its lack of skill position like excitement, but those who played the game coached the game, or are simply above a novice understanding of the game, understand the vital importance of the giant, flexible men protecting those skill position players until the last whistle blows.

For Texas A&M, the offensive line is currently seen as one of the strengths of the offense, with three returning starters on the right side in the Center, Bryce Foster, Right guard, Layden Robinson, and Right tackle, Reuben Fatheree. On the left side, presumed starters, Left tackle, Trey Zuhn III, and Right Left guard, Jordan Spasojevic-Moko, are inexperienced at both positions, but bring immense size and talent, and hold the confidence of Jimbo Fisher heading into summer and fall camp.

First-year Offensive line coach for the Aggies, Steve Addazio, has a track record of developing offensive linemen during his time at Temple and Boston College and will be tasked with helping this 2022 offensive line group become one of the most dominant in the country by seasons end.
