Arch Manning replaced an injured Quinn Ewers as Texas was rolling

Texas quarterback Quinn Ewers was knocked out of Saturday’s game with UTSA in the first half.

And you know what that means, Arch Manning came in to replace the Heisman hopeful.

It didn’t take long for Manning to find his groove. His first pass went for a touchdown.

Ewers was 14-of-16 for 185 yards with two TD passes and a pick.

Manning was 6-of-9 for 171 yards and three touchdown passes. He also had three runs for 53 yards and a TD.

The second-ranked Longhorns led UTSA 42-7 in the third quarter as of this writing.
