The Georgia Bulldogs are ranked No. 1 in the newest AP Top-25 after the Alabama Crimson Tide fell to the Texas A&M Aggies Saturday night in College Station.
It’s the first time the Bulldogs hold the No. 1 ranking in the AP poll since the 2008 preseason rankings were released. UGA held that ranking for only one week.
It was an incredible weekend of college football. As pointed out in the following tweet, six top-25 teams lost, plus there a bunch of close wins by some highly ranked programs.
The new AP Top 25 drops at 2 p.m. ET and changes seem assured after these teams lost this weekend:
No. 1 Alabama
No. 4 Penn State
No. 10 BYU
No. 13 Arkansas
No. 18 Auburn
No. 21 TexasCurrent poll 👇
