It was a big opening drive for the Bills and quarterback Josh Allen and it was capped by running back James Cook against the Jaguars.
Allen went 5-for-6 passing for 56 yards in the air. He rushed for another nine.
Cook only had three carries for 10 yards, but the final one counted the most.
In the red zone, Cook took the carry to the left and banged it into the end zone. The Bills took the 6-0 lead on the Jags as kicker Tyler Bass saw his extra-point attempt blocked.
