Andy Reid joked about his Super Bowl sideline run-in with Travis Kelce in true Andy Reid fashion

Andy Reid is such a good sport.

As the Kansas City Chiefs struggled during the early parts of Super Bowl 58, it was obvious that frustration started to boil over. It probably culminated when Travis Kelce erupted at Andy Reid on the Chiefs’ sideline while their offense was stymied.

Fortunately for the Chiefs, they’d turn it around and go on to become the first team to win back-to-back Super Bowl championships in two decades. That also meant that Reid had a hilarious opportunity to clarify his side of the story after Kelce blew up on him.

Ever the good sport, with the glow of a win hanging overhead, Reid joked about the fiery sequence as only he could:

Yeah, I’d have to imagine that watching my superstar tight end go off on me wouldn’t be the most pleasant experience. The Chiefs are lucky and great enough as a team to just laugh about it now.
