USC senior Andrew Vorhees has been named to the PFF All-America First Team. In 2021 as a senior Vorhees saw action in 12 games and played a total of 902 snaps for the Trojans. Vorhees allowed 11 QB hurries, 2 QB hits, and one sack while playing the majority of his snaps at left guard and the rest at left tackle.
He gave stability and production to an offensive line which started the season slowly but improved noticeably as the year wore on, reaching its height in a strong performance against BYU on the night before Lincoln Riley was hired as the new head coach of the program in late November.
The 6-5, 325-pound lineman is also rated 39th overall on the PFF big board and considered to be a consensus top-50 overall draft pick by all insiders for the 2023 NFL draft.
In 2021 Vorhees was an AP All-America Third Team, All-Pac-12 honorable mention, AP All-Pac 12 First Team, PFF All-Pac-12 First Team, Phil Steele All-Pac-12 Third Team, and USC Offensive Lineman of the Year.
