Anders Carlson is moving up the Auburn record books

Anders Carlson is very good.

Auburn fans will be fond of the Carlson name for a long time.

Anders Carlson is following in the footsteps of his older brother Daniel.

Anders did what was asked of him in Auburn’s 34-10 loss to Georgia on Saturday and moved up in the Auburn record books while doing it.

He was responsible for one point after attempt and made a 24-yard field goal on Auburn’s opening drive.

Carlson now ranks third in career scoring at Auburn with 330 points; next is Wes Byrum. Byrum scored 363 points from 2007 to 2010.

Carlson is also now 4th in career PAT made at Auburn with 138; next is John Vaughn who made 162 from 2003-2006.

Carlson is currently second in Auburn career field goals made with 64. His brother is the only kicker in front of him. He made 92 from 2014-2017.
