The New Mexico State Aggies announced yesterday that they will be traveling to Camp Randall on September 17, 2022 to face off against the Wisconsin Badgers.

The Aggies have finished the season with a winning record just twice in the last 18 years and in that time have appeared on one bowl game, the Arizona Bowl in 2017 during which they defeated Utah State 26-20.
This matchup is similar to many seen early in the season at Camp Randall as the Badgers often start their seasons against largely-unsuccessful out-of-conference opponents before entering the gauntlet that is Big Ten conference play.
