The best running back and tight end duo in the NFL is in the AFC West and with the Super Bowl champions. So says David Bakhtiari, the Green Bay Packers starting left tackle.
In response to a social media post from ESPN that asked the question “Name a better RB + TE duo than @saquon and @Rackkwall83″ (Saquon Barkley and Darren Waller of the New York Giants), Bakhtiari wrote “@isiah_pachecoRB + @tkelce. Next question.”
The 31-year old Bakhtiari has been named five times as an All-Pro.
The tandem of Isiah Pacheco and Travis Kelce won a Super Bowl with the Kansas City Chiefs last year. A rookie from Rutgers, Pacheco was a seventh round pick who finished the regular season with 830 rushing yards on 170 carries.
Pacheco had six rushing touchdowns in the regular season and scored a touchdown in the Super Bowl win over the Philadelphia Eagles. He will have a parade in his honor this offseason in his hometown in south New Jersey.

It was impressive to see Bakhtiari single out Pacheco and Kelce, especially since he plays for the Packers. Quite a testament to the impact of Pacheco on the Chiefs offense.
Last season, Kelce had 110 receptions for 1,338 receiving yards and 12 touchdowns for the Chiefs.

At Rutgers, Pacheco was an All-Big Ten selection at running back.
