The game was a nail-biter for a full four quarters and ultimately concluded with a Crimson Tide win.
A close game featuring Alabama is rare, but it happening against Texas made it special. The contest featured two of the biggest brands in college football. Programs that are nationally relevant year-round.
The game was broadcasted by Fox, which now claims had a massive record broken. The Week 2 game between the Crimson Tide and Longhorns was the most streamed regular season football game in the media company’s history, including college football and NFL.
