Alabama Women’s Soccer earn No. 1 ranking

Alabama Women’s Soccer earns No. 1 spot in the country

The Alabama Crimson Tide women’s soccer team has officially claimed the No. 1 ranking after defeating No. 7 Arkansas on Sunday 2-1.

The Tide jumped the former No. 1 UCLA Bruins after they fell to Stanford 1-0 over the weekend.

Alabama now improves to 14-1-1 on the year and the Tide have been outstanding on the year outscoring opponents by a score of 48-10. The team is still undefeated in conference play and has its sights set on an SEC title as well as a national title.

The Tide has three more regular season games (@ Miss St, vs. Florida, @ Auburn) left before the SEC tournament starts on Oct. 31.

The Tide is picking the right time to peak and this roster deserves to have all eyes on them!
