Alabama QB Bryce Young considered to have ‘Heisman or Bust’ 2022 season

Bryce Young is one of three QBs in the highest tier for the upcoming 2022 College Football season!

Alabama quarterback [autotag]Bryce Young[/autotag] had a historic sophomore campaign during the 2021 season that led to broken records, beautiful drives and a successful trip to New York the concluded with him returning to Tuscaloosa with the coveted Heisman Trophy.

ESPN recently placed all 131 college quarterbacks into tier rankings for the upcoming 2022 season. Young ranks among the highest.

As expected, the reigning Heisman winner is projected to have another incredible season. He was ranked alongside C.J. Stroud of Ohio State and Caleb Williams of USC, formerly of Oklahoma.

Here’s what ESPN’s David Hale had to say:

“Barring something catastrophic, it’s fair to say these three can safely book their flights to New York for the Heisman ceremony now. Young could become just the second player in history to win a second Heisman after taking home the hardware last year. Stroud was a finalist in 2021, and had Williams been Oklahoma’s starter from Week 1, he might have been there, too. Williams got his first start in Week 7, and from that point on, these three combined for an 89.3 Total QBR with 90 total touchdowns and just 15 turnovers.”
