Just a couple of months ago Evan Neal was considered the heavy favorite to be the No. 1 draft pick in 2022. While the potential is still there for the Jaguars to select Neal at No. 1, it doesn’t seem very likely.
I would be shocked if Neal is not selected within the top 10 picks, but the NFL draft is always full of surprises.
